  Once authorized, download and print the prepaid UPS shipping label provided via email to ensure your return is tracked and handled securely.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the products in their original luxury packaging and secure them in a sturdy shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

  Drop Off and Track

  Affix the label to your package and drop it off at any authorized UPS location; you will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed.
